Description

Col. Charles W. Mays, Marshal of Courts calls the roll of defendants indicted in the I.G. Farben Case at Nurnberg. Standing in front, left, are Carl Krauch, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Director of FARBEN, and Hermann Schmitz, Chairman of the Managing Board of Directors. Each defendant received a copy of the 20,000 word indictment show stacked before the Colonel. 5 May '47
