Abstract
In this article, the author discusses related to natural servitude of drainage in Louisiana. Topics discussed include rural landowners in disputes over local flooding, issue of servitude results in water-related injuries, use of Louisiana Civil Code articles 655 and 656 to establish the servitude of drain. It further discusses regulation of drainage.
