The article presents the profile of law professor James Winfield Bowers. It informs that Bowers studied his under graduation in economics and law degree in Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut. It also informs that Bowers has served Army as an intelligence officer in Vietnam and discusses his teaching career in Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; where he taught commercial law and bankruptcy.
