Description

Dr. Conrad Boettcher, German attorney of Stuttgart as he addressed the Tribunal during the arraignment of Farben defendants. Dr. Boettcher, counsel for Carl Krauch, complained to the Tribunal that the Indictment as presented by the prosecution was "faculty," lacked specific charges against each defendant, and that members of the counsel had lacked time for preparation of a defense
