Farben Industry, rose in the dock of a Nurnberg courtroom August 14, 1947, and pleading "not under any circumstances guilty," to charges of planning and waging wars of aggression, plunder and spoliation in countries occupied by Germany, slavery and mass murder, and other war crimes against humanity
