FRITZ TER MER, former committee member of the Managing Board of Directors of the I. G. Farben Industry, pleaded "not guilty" at the arraignment of 21 former Farben officials in Nurnberg August 14, 1947, on charges of planning and waging wars of aggression, plunder, and spoliation of countries occupied by Germany, slave labor and mass murder, and other war crimes and crimes against humanity.
